An introduction to using Wireframes with links to excellent examples. One of the most complete, concise, understandable introductions that I've read. The site is by Nam-ho Park, an IA with an M.Arch from Columbia. I've noticed that IA's—web developers in general, really—with degrees in actual architecture seem to have some wonderful ideas and amazing insights into the design and use of things digital.
