North Carolina State University is using Endeca with their OPAC. It's brilliant -- faceted browsing and relevance ranking really improve access. It makes the search experience closer to what users expect when searching on the web.

Interesting question brought up on a listserv about how one facilitates "unrefining" in the interface.
