It has the potential to go beyond mere information retrieval to intelligent decision-making…” Nice article with a good glossary of semantic web terms. I like how it focuses on benefits for individual web sites instead of the Web as a whole. The term migration in the title is refering to switching from a web site without defined semantic relationships among elements (like a lot of sites), to a semantic model. The brief article manages to pack in a couple case studies and “the business case” for building a semantic web site as well.
